PrestaShop 8 / 9 · Morocco & Europe

A store that sells, and that Google can find.

Most people will build you a store. I build a store whose catalogue is actually wired into Google Shopping and the Meta catalogues, indexed, and synced automatically. Six stores in production are the evidence.

Selected work

Live stores, with real catalogues behind them.

Every site below is running today. For each one: what was actually built, and the detail that separates a store that exists from a store that gets found.

Home page of the kraftsport.pl store

PrestaShop 9 2025 Fitness & sport

kraftsport.pl

A new store for a client already running three other sites with me. Full catalogue migration, custom theme, and a loyalty programme tied to the existing customer accounts.

  • Catalogue migrated off the old platform with no lost SKUs and no lost URLs
  • Custom theme, designed mobile-first
  • Cross-platform loyalty app connected to the store through a custom PrestaShop module: sign-in with the existing shop account, points, vouchers and QR-code identification in store
  • Allegro marketplace autoresponder, built and deployed for this client

PrestaShop 8 2023 → Winter sports

nartyok.pl

The client's flagship store, alongside its twin snowboardok.pl. This is where the product export pipeline now used across all the other stores was built.

  • Automated catalogue export to Google Merchant Center and Meta, on a scheduled job
  • Custom modules: ski size recommender, configurable top banner
  • Indexing tracked in Search Console, structured product data in place

PrestaShop 8 2023 → Snowboard

snowboardok.pl

The twin store to nartyok.pl, for the same client: a separate snowboard catalogue on the same technical base, running through the same product export pipeline.

  • Second front on the same Google Merchant Center account and Meta catalogue
  • Modules shared with nartyok.pl: size recommender, configurable banner
  • Seasonal maintenance and updates handled alongside the other stores

Home page of the srokizaogon.pl store

PrestaShop 9 2024 Art & design

srokizaogon.pl

A two-part project for an artist: a portfolio site written entirely by hand, and the store that sells the work — two different needs, two appropriate tools.

  • kotbezwyobrazni.pl: hand-coded portfolio in PHP / HTML / CSS / JS, no CMS
  • srokizaogon.pl: PrestaShop 9 store for sales
  • One visual identity held consistently across both

Home page of the roweryok.pl store

PrestaShop 8 2023 → Cycling

roweryok.pl

The group's cycling store, maintained in parallel with the others: a seasonal catalogue, thousands of SKUs, and feeds that have to stay accurate all year.

  • Seasonal catalogue with automatic stock and price synchronisation
  • Ongoing maintenance: updates, backups, fixes
  • The same product export pipeline as the group's other stores
PrestaShop 8 MySQL Linux
Home page of the looksy.com.pl store

PrestaShop 8 2024 Clothing

looksy.com.pl

A clothing store: many variants per product, heavy imagery, and the requirement of a clean Google Shopping feed despite size and colour combinations.

  • Size and colour variants handled correctly in the product feed
  • Image and mobile load-time optimisation
  • Product pages structured for indexing
PrestaShop 8 Google Merchant Center Responsive SEO
Home page of the domkinadpilica.pl site

Joomla 2024 Rentals & tourism

domkinadpilica.pl

A full redesign of a holiday rental site: the client's Photoshop mockup turned into a working responsive site, desktop and mobile.

  • Photoshop mockup implemented faithfully, then made responsive
  • Existing site rebuilt with no downtime
  • Evidence the approach is not platform-bound — Joomla here, not PrestaShop
Joomla HTML / CSS / JS Responsive Redesign

Six PrestaShop stores and two websites, across winter sports, cycling, fitness, art and clothing. Polish references — the method transfers unchanged to Moroccan and export businesses.

What I do

Described by what changes for you.

Six services, written from your side rather than the stack's. They combine: most projects start with one and continue into another.

01

PrestaShop store builds

A complete store ready to sell: catalogue, payment, shipping, and product pages built for the buyer and for indexing at the same time.

02

Product feeds, Google Shopping & Meta

Your products appear in Google Shopping and in the Facebook and Instagram catalogues, with stock and prices synced automatically — not a manual export once a month.

03

Custom modules

What the extension marketplace does not cover: configurators, product recommendation, loyalty, or a connection to your own management system or marketplace.

04

Store migrations

Moving to PrestaShop 9, or arriving from another platform: catalogue, customers, orders and page addresses preserved, without losing the search ranking you already earned.

05

Technical SEO & indexing

Search Console, structured data, speed, redirects: the work that decides whether your product pages are actually found, or merely online.

06

Maintenance & ongoing work

Updates, backups, outages handled, and the changes your business needs season to season. One person, reachable.

Engineering

Not only brochure sites.

Part of my work is business software. That is what lets me treat a store as a system — database, automation, integrations — rather than a theme to install.

Locadi in development

Multi-tenant B2B SaaS for car-rental agencies in Morocco: fleet, reservations, contracts, deposits, inspections and fines. Bilingual French / Arabic PDF contracts. Sole architect and developer.

Kraft Sport Service Manager shipped

Workshop management software licensed to a client: multi-item work orders, status tracking, barcode stickers and PDF receipts, bilingual interface.

Kraft Loyalty App pending launch

Cross-platform loyalty app for Kraft Sport, tied to the store by a custom PrestaShop module: sign-in with the existing shop account over JWT, points, rewards and vouchers, QR-code identification in store, PIN-protected staff mode, and back-office screens for tracking.

Invoice Manager in production

Invoicing system for a Moroccan trading company: role-based access, customer and product catalogue, branded PDF invoices, full activity log and backups.

Open source

The tools I use are public.

The two scripts that feed Google Merchant Center and Meta from a PrestaShop database, the Allegro autoresponder, and the modules deployed on client stores — all of it is on GitHub. You can read the code before trusting me with anything.

prestashop_googlemerchant_sync

Exports a PrestaShop catalogue into a feed meeting every Google Merchant Center requirement. In production across multiple stores.

prestashop_metafeed_sync

Generates Meta / Facebook catalogue feeds directly from a PrestaShop 8 database.

allegro_autoresponder

Automatically answers Allegro messages about an offer or an order — with wording that follows business hours and public holidays — and emails a report of the replies sent and the conversations still waiting. Python, Allegro API, usable by any Allegro seller.

PrestaShop modules

shopreviews, homevideodisplay, skirecommender, topbanner — all deployed on live client stores.

About

Ten years in IT, three of them in e-commerce.

I did not come to e-commerce through design. I came to it through production: incidents, databases, the things that break at three in the morning.

Portrait of Zakaria Lbouhmadi

Before building stores I spent three years at IBM in Wrocław: incident management, change advisory boards, distributed applications in production. That is where I learned what a store being down actually costs a business — and why you do not put a site live without a staging environment.

Today I build and maintain PrestaShop stores, six of them in production, and I concentrate on the half most people skip: making sure the catalogue genuinely exists in Google Shopping and the Meta catalogues, and stays current there on its own. The two tools I use for that are public on GitHub — you can read the code before trusting me.

I work alone, between Morocco and Poland. In practice: you talk directly to the person writing the code, in your own language, with no project manager in between.
